We aim to produce a range of wines in the Avon Vale of a quality to challenge the best in Europe and the New World. To achieve this we are focussing on the following.

• Careful selection of small plots of land with optimum soil characteristics, slope,
•  shelter and mesoclimate
• Selection of varietals for wine quality rather than hardiness
• Plant spacing and pruning to emphasise quality over yield
• Intensive husbandry to address impact of weather and disease

We will decide in a couple of years where to make the wine. This may be contracted out if there is a suitable winery where we can control timing, process and blend.  But it is more likely we will establish our own winery with advice from Europe and the New World.
